Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to have the best shopping experience with GasTotalTools. Our Returns and Refunds Policy is designed to provide clarity on the procedures and conditions for returning items and obtaining refunds.
Shipping:
Shipping time can take from 1-4 business days. If the order was made during a holiday interval, the shipment can take from 7-8 business days.
Our delivery services are available for Asia (except India), Europe (except Andorra), Oceania, North America (Canada, Costa Rica) and South America (Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay).
Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping destination. Standard shipping usually takes 2-7 weeks, while expedited shipping can take 9-14 business days.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items can be returned if they are damaged, or defective, or if you received the wrong product. Please contact our customer support within 15 days of receiving the item to initiate a return.
Timeframe for Returns:
Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the item. Any requests for returns after this period will not be accepted.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, contact our customer support at support@gastotal-tools.com. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and attach relevant photos. Our support team will guide you through the return process.
Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refund if package lost
- Refund if items damaged
- In case the order exceeds 7 business days for shipping.
Refund Process:
Customers can reach out to us for refund assistance via our contact page. It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been shipped. For orders that are less than 8 business days old, the refund will be partial. After 8 days, a full refund will be provided.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or, if preferred, in the form of store credit. Usually, it takes 1-7 business days, varying with different banks, for buyers to receive the refund after GASTOTAL TOOLS successfully processes the refund.
Exceptions:
Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as personalized and Electronic Parts. Please check the product description for specific details.
If the order has been shipped you can’t cancel your order.
If the order was made during a holiday interval, the shipment can take from 7-8 business days.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the return process and for shipping the item back to us in accordance with our instructions.
